Due to the varying nature of applications and rental vacancies, the time to process will vary. We usually complete review of most applications within 2-3 business days. Delays are most often caused by incomplete information on the applications.
All apartments are shown by appointment only. Please call our office(816.229.8442) or fill out an online request.  
We manage a large number of properties that allow small pets up to 25 pounds. Generally only cats are allowed properties with over 2 units. The size and restrictions vary by property and are generally governed by the features of each home. Those homes where pets are allowed do require an additional “pet deposit” and may require additional pet rent. Moving in a pet without prior approval and payment of the additional “pet deposit” is grounds for termination of your lease.  
Yes, each adult applicant will have a credit bureau report evaluated.  
We do not discriminate based on race, color, creed, sex, national origin, disability, or family status. As a general rule your verifiable monthly income must exceed the rent by three times (3X). A credit bureau check and court records search will be completed on all adult applicants.
